Peer advisory groups

Twelve companies, one planning week.

Facilitating a room means twelve plans that have to be comparable enough to discuss and different enough to be real. A shared structure with individual content is exactly what a guided planner produces.

The fit

A room that arrives ready.

The single hardest part of a peer group planning session is that half the room did the pre-work and half did not. Sending one link, with a flow that takes forty minutes and saves as it goes, changes that ratio materially.

What changes

Three things that get better in the first quarter.

Before the room

In the room

After the room

In practice

A planning cycle for a room of twelve.

The pattern facilitators describe to us.

01

Three weeks out

The link goes to the whole group with a deadline. Members work through it on their own time. You watch completion, not attendance.

02

One week out

You see who has stalled and where. A five-minute call unblocks most of them, and it is targeted because you know the step they stopped on.

03

Session day

Every member presents a ranked quarter in the same shape. Peer challenge gets specific fast because the room is not decoding twelve different formats.

04

The following quarter

Members arrive with a record of what they actually worked. The look-back is evidence-based and the room can tell the difference between bad luck and no effort.

FAQ

Questions from this side of the desk.

Can members see each other’s plans?

Not by default — plans are private to each member and to you. Sharing inside a room is a roadmap conversation we are having with facilitators now, and it will be opt-in when it lands.

How does pricing work for a group?

The standard subscription is flat and unlimited, so a room of twelve members is the same price as one client. Facilitators running multiple rooms are still one seat.

Can we brand it to the group rather than to me?

Yes. Some facilitators brand to their own practice and some to the peer group itself. It is your call and it is one setup decision.
