You do not have a login

Your planner opens from the private link your coach sent you. There is no account, no password and nothing to install — that link is the whole thing, and it works from any device, all quarter.

Your coach can also issue a fresh link if the old one was forwarded to someone who should not have it.

Why do my clients not get a login?

Because every account a client has to create is a password reset the night before planning day, and pre-work not coming back is the exact problem the product exists to solve. The private link is the account — and it means onboarding a new client is one paste, not an invitation flow.

Is a link really secure enough?

The link is long and unguessable, and it is the only way in. The risk is a link being forwarded rather than guessed — which is why every coach can issue a new one from their console at any time, which kills the old link immediately without touching the plan. Full detail on the security page.

Can I have real accounts for my client's leadership team?

Named seats with per-person permissions are on the roadmap, and fractional executives are the ones pushing hardest for them. If that is a requirement for you, say so on a demo — founding partners set the build order.
