What it is and is not.

Is QuarterOS a template or real software?

Real software. Clients open a web page, work through a guided flow, and their answers are stored and rendered back to them all quarter. Nothing is emailed around, nothing has versions, nothing gets lost.

Does it force a methodology on my clients?

No. It ships with a proven quarterly structure and adapts to your language, criteria and sequence. It is methodology-agnostic by design and works with any framework, including your own.

What is actually built today?

The guided planning flow, head-to-head prioritization, the 13-week execution schedule, the KPI scorecard, white-label branding, the printed workbook, data export, and the coach console — your whole book on one screen, sorted by who has gone quiet. What is not built yet: automated nudges, the pre-session brief, cross-client benchmarking, per-person permissions inside a client team, and accounting or CRM integrations for scorecard readings. Founding partners set that order.

Is it a project management tool?

No. There are no gantt charts, dependencies or story points. It holds the handful of commitments that define a quarter, at the altitude an owner thinks about them.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, and clients use it that way for weekly marks. Planning day itself tends to be a laptop exercise because there is real thinking and typing involved.

Whose product is it?

Will my clients ever see the name QuarterOS?

Not in the product, not in the workbook, not in an email. The client experience is entirely yours.

Who owns my methodology?

You do, in writing. We hold no rights to your content, language or structure, and we will not reuse any part of it with another coach.

Can I run it on my own domain?

Yes — one DNS record and about ten minutes. If you would rather not touch DNS, we host you on a subdomain and nobody notices.

Can I resell it to other coaches?

Not as a platform — that is the one restriction. Presenting it as your own software to your own clients is exactly the intent. Networks are a separate, supported arrangement.

What does it cost?

$2,500 setup and $99 a month for unlimited clients. Founding cohort seats are $1,500 setup and $99 a month locked for life, while they last.

Is the $99 per client?

No. It is $99 a month in total, whether you run four clients or four hundred.

Do my clients pay anything?

Never. You are the customer. Most coaches bill the planner into their program at around $25 per client per month, which is theirs to keep.

Is there a contract?

Setup is one payment; the subscription is month-to-month. No annual commitment, no auto-escalator.

What happens if I cancel?

Plans export cleanly, printed workbooks are already yours, and there is no offboarding fee.

How long does setup take?

About a week from receiving your logo, colors and method notes. Most of that is us building and you reviewing.

What do you need from me?

A logo file, your brand colors or a link to your site, and your workbook or method notes in whatever form they exist. If you have no written method, ours ships as the default.

What if my method changes later?

We change it. Included in the subscription, not billed as change requests.

Who provides support?

The people who built it, by email. There is no ticket queue to disappear into.

Where does client data live?
