Business coaches

Your program, with a spine.

Most coaching programs are strong on the session and thin between them. QuarterOS is the connective tissue: the pre-work clients finish, the plan they commit to, and the record that is still alive when you meet again in ninety days.

The fit

The gap your program has.

You already run good sessions. The failure is at the edges — pre-work that does not come back, and a plan that goes quiet by week three. Both of those are container problems, and both are fixable without changing a single thing about how you coach.

What changes

Three things that get better in the first quarter.

Your practice

In practice

A quarter with a coaching client.

This is the pattern most of our conversations describe.

01

Two weeks out

You send the link. The client works through the flow at their own pace — look back, scorecard, goals, issues — and you can see how far they got before you book the room.

02

Session day

You open their plan on the screen. The ranking is done, so the session is about testing it, not building it. The commitments get owners and due weeks live, in front of everyone.

03

Weeks one through twelve

The client marks weeks and updates the scorecard. You open the same plan before each check-in and can see exactly what has and has not been worked.

04

Week thirteen

The look-back is already half written, because the record is right there. Next quarter starts from evidence instead of from memory.

FAQ

Questions from this side of the desk.

How is this different from just using a shared doc?

A document has no state. It cannot tell you where a client stopped, cannot rank anything, cannot keep a weekly record, and cannot be handed to your next client without a copy-paste ritual. The difference shows up most in week seven, when the document has been closed for a month.

Do I have to change my methodology?

No. If you have a workbook, we turn that into the flow. Your steps, your language, your criteria. QuarterOS works with any methodology, including your own.

What size practice does this make sense for?

The economics work from about eight active clients — at $25 per client per month billed into your program, eight clients cover it twice over. Above thirty, the time you get back becomes the bigger number.
