Estimates only, based on figures you entered. Time saved is the number coaches most often over-estimate — if you are unsure, halve it and see whether the case still holds. It usually does.
    Reading the output

Four numbers, in order of how much they matter.

    01

    Break-even client count

The honest one. At a $25 bill-through and a $99 subscription, four clients cover it. Everything after that is margin, and it scales with your practice rather than against it.

    02

    Net monthly

Bill-through less subscription. Coaches who include the planner in program pricing rather than itemising it tend to see zero resistance — the deliverable is visible, which is more than most line items can say.

    03

    Time returned

Finished pre-work is worth sixty to ninety minutes per planning session for most coaches. Halve your estimate if you want to be conservative; the case usually still holds.

    04

Retention, which is not on the calculator

One client staying one extra quarter typically exceeds every other number here. We left it out because we cannot honestly model it for your practice — but it is the reason most coaches buy.

    FAQ

    About the calculator.

Where do the default numbers come from?

Eighteen clients and a $25 bill-through are the middle of what coaches describe to us; seventy-five minutes saved per session is the conservative end of what they report after switching from documents. Change all of them — they are only there so the tool is not empty when it loads.

Does the $99 go up with clients?

No. That is the point of the pricing model: $99 a month whether you run four clients or four hundred.

What if I do not bill it through?

Set the bill-through to zero and the case rests on time returned and retention. Plenty of coaches run it that way and treat the planner as a differentiator rather than a line item.

The numbers work. Does the product?

Fifteen minutes with the real thing is the only way to know.
