If you license a methodology to a network of coaches, your product is consistency. A branded planner every coach in the network uses is the cheapest way to enforce it — and one of the easiest things you can add to what a franchisee already pays for.
Documents drift. Every coach edits the workbook, and three years later the network is running nine versions of your method. Software does not drift: you change it centrally and every coach in the network has the new version that afternoon.
This is a different shape of deal from a single seat, and we price it as one.
We turn the network’s canonical method into the flow, and the network owner signs off. This is the only heavy lift and it happens once.
Each coach gets access under the network brand. If the network allows per-coach identity — their name alongside the network mark — that is a setting, not a build.
The network owner changes the method; every coach has it immediately. No re-training on which version of the workbook is current.
Not per coach and not per client. Talk to us with a coach count and we will quote it — it is a conversation, not a table on a website.
We have designed for ten coaches and up. Below that, individual seats are usually cheaper and simpler for everyone involved.
The network does, entirely. We hold no rights to it, will not reuse it, and the agreement is explicit about both.
That is the network owner’s decision, and we implement whichever way you want it. Most choose to lock the method and allow branding flexibility.
