Score how your practice runs a quarter today — preparation, prioritization, commitment and tracking — and see which of the four is quietly costing you quarters.
Runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to us, nothing is stored, no email required.
Each question is worth up to three points and rolls into one of four pillars. The pillars are weighted equally, because in practice they fail in sequence: bad preparation produces bad prioritization, which produces commitments nobody owns, which makes tracking pointless.
Does the pre-work arrive, in one shape, before you are in the room?
Is the ranking repeatable, capped and defensible?
One named owner, a definition of done, and work scheduled across weeks?
Does anything touch the plan weekly, and would you see drift by week four?
No. The whole thing runs in your browser and nothing is transmitted, stored or logged. There is no email gate because a lead magnet that holds a score hostage is exactly the kind of thing we find irritating.
Above 85 means you are running a genuine system and your gap is probably leverage, not process. Between 65 and 85 is where most good coaches land — strong method, weak container. Below 40 usually means the process exists on paper and dies in practice.
Fix the lowest pillar first, and fix it structurally rather than by trying harder. Most of the low scores we see are architecture problems: a document cannot chase pre-work, rank anything, or notice drift.
The container is the problem, not the method.
