These terms govern use of this website. If you become a QuarterOS customer, a separate written agreement governs the service, your data, your methodology ownership and our obligations to you. Where the two differ, that agreement wins.

What is on this site

We describe the product as it is, including what has not been built yet. Pricing shown here is current at the date above and may change for new customers; existing customers are governed by their agreement, and founding-cohort rates are locked as described on that page.

Our free tools

The Quarterly Planning Scorecard and the Coach ROI Calculator are provided as-is for your own use. They are decision aids and estimates, not professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The QuarterOS name, mark, site content and software are ours. Your methodology, content and brand remain entirely yours — both on this site and inside the product.

Trademarks

Any third-party names or marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Reference does not imply affiliation, endorsement or certification, and QuarterOS is not affiliated with any business-operating-system program or franchise.

Liability

We provide this website in good faith and keep it accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of website content or free tool output.
