What we collect on this website, what we do with it, and what we never do.

What this covers

This policy covers quarteros.com and the QuarterOS marketing website. Data inside a coach’s branded planner is covered by our agreement with that coach and by their own privacy policy with their clients.

What we collect

When you contact us. Your name, email, practice name, an approximate client count and whatever you write in the message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.

When you use our free tools. The Quarterly Planning Scorecard and the Coach ROI Calculator run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us unless you choose to send them with a message.

Basic analytics. Standard aggregate website analytics: pages viewed, rough geography, referring source. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell any of it.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or broker your information. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form. We do not market to a coach’s clients, ever, under any circumstances.

Cookies

The site uses the minimum cookies needed to function and to count visits in aggregate. Declining non-essential cookies does not break anything on this site.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a commercial agreement. One email is enough — use the contact form.
