Hosting & access
- Managed cloud hosting with encryption in transit (HTTPS everywhere)
- Access to production limited to the people who build and run it
- Separate environments for development and live client data

- Plans belong to you and your clients, full stop
- Exportable in a clean, readable format at any time
- Automated backups with restore testing
- No sale, brokerage or advertising use of any client data
The client experience
- No marketing emails to your clients from us
- No tracking pixels sold to third parties inside your planner
- Plan sharing stays opt-in, per client, when the dashboard ships
What we have not done
Claims we are not going to make.
We are not SOC 2 certified
Not today. If your practice serves clients who require a certified vendor, say so early and we will tell you honestly where that sits on the roadmap rather than implying otherwise.
We are not a HIPAA-covered platform
The planner holds business planning data, not protected health information. If a healthcare client wants to put PHI into a planning tool, the answer is no — and that would be true of any planning tool.
We do not hold your data hostage
Export is free, immediate and permanent. If you leave, the plans leave with you.
We will tell you if something goes wrong
If there is an incident affecting your data, you hear it from us, promptly, with what we know and what we are doing. That is the whole policy.

Data questions.
Who can see my clients’ plans?
You, your client, and the small team that operates the platform for support and maintenance purposes. Nobody else, and no other coach on the platform, ever.
Do you use client data to train anything?
No. Your clients’ plans are not training data, benchmark fodder or product input.
Can I get everything out?
Yes, any time, in a clean format — plus the printed workbooks, which are already yours.
What happens if QuarterOS goes away?
A fair question to ask a young company. Your data exports and your printed workbooks are readable without us, which is deliberate.
