Who owns my methodology once it is in your software?
You do, entirely and in writing. We hold no rights to your content, your language or your structure, and we will not reuse any part of it with another coach. The agreement says so explicitly.
Can I license my branded planner to other coaches?
That is a real conversation — several implementers have asked. It is possible under a network arrangement rather than a single seat. See franchise and networks.
What if I am certified in someone else’s program?
Then the material you can legally use is between you and them, and we stay out of it. What we can say is that QuarterOS imposes no framework of its own, so nothing in the engine conflicts with what you already run.
